Gluer : NCTG type to Two Head Stitcher

(Photo model:NCTG-3000/Safety cover with lifters are option.)

MARUMATSU's two piece case GLUER use the COLD GLUE Only, so that you can make cost-down for mentenance.

Our GLUER has Touch Panel Display(12V Full Color), and you can operate confortable.

Any sheets (joint flap is on length or wide side) can be glued.
You choice the flute from 5 type <AB・BC・A・C・B>, so it's possible to be in best pressure bonding.

Using our GLUER, you can glue not only Two piece cases but also One piece cases.(with semi-auto glue mode)

In 2010 Model, the operation circuit and panel become NEW.

Customer requirements were taken to this change.
So, the operation become easier and more confortable.

  • This has 12V full color touch panel display, so it's easy to input size and select sheets.
  • Pressing "Setting Start"button, head and frame start moving to pre-set position.
  • Select the flute : AB・BC・A・C・B.
    (It's able to change to your favorite expression.)
  • Having the function of time calculation, you can make the BOX ; joint flap on out-side.
  • Using this function, it's possible to glue on a part of joint flap.

  • Part Glueing Mode
    Glueing part can be freely adjusted in touch panel.
　Mode select : Two or One piece case

  • Running in sheet detected mode, the mistake of 2 piece and 1 piece is detected and sheets aren't start.
　Alarm for short of glue heater.

  • The line hoses of glue are covered with belt heater for winter season.
    If these heater are short, alarm on display and the lamp places to the safety alarm.
　Alarm for no good gluing

  • Gluing valves have flow monitor.
    When the flow of the paste worsens more than a certain constant amount, an abnormal location is displayed on the touch panel with the buzzer and it becomes prevention of the paste trouble.
